Press for furnitures

The controller of a press used for pressing glued furnitures failed sometimes. The problem was solved after a shutdown. There were no spare parts on the market anymore. Mechanical, the machine was in excellent condition. Therefore Peternet Electronics builded this control cabinet with a PLC solution (at the left side of the new control cabinet, the original controller is visible).



For PLC we used a Beckhoff BX9000, with all the necessary I/O and an ethernet interface. The operator interface is an ESA VT155W operator panel with ethernet interface.
